Jura's Cool Control Milk Cooler chills milk to as much as 25° below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it is maintained constantly within the optimum range to create silky, airy milk foam and hot milk for speciality coffees. When the stainless steel container is removed, the cooling function is automatically deactivated.
